Ever wonder how generations before us survived on the land? Our Foraging classes offer the opportunity to learn to live with the land and not "off" the land.

Includes:

Walk with Dr. Mark “Merriwether” Vorderbruggen, of Foraging Texas, on Spoke Hollow Ranch to learn about the seasonal wild foods and medicines growing in Central Texas. You will learn about safe and harmful plants that make up our beautiful hill country oasis, and go home with a new appreciation (and some applications) for the flora around us.
