“The Teal Hunt is the kickoff of our Texas Ladies Hunt Series. Though I grew up duck hunting, I started early season teal hunting more recently and have fallen in love with it. Having dedicated blinds on the opening weekend is a big deal for me personally and I’m excited to share them. The Texas Ladies Hunt Series Teal Camp starts with early mornings hunting winged rice rockets on the coastal prairie, watching the sunrises, and concludes back at camp where we will conduct mindful game processing instruction, cooking demos, and cocktail classes. You may come to Teal Camp solo or with a group, but either way I guarantee that you will leave with new friendships and stories to last a lifetime.”

Schedule:

Day 1: Arrive at 3:00pm; 5:00pm cocktails and appetizers; 7:00pm dinner
Day 2: 4:30am coffee and continental breakfast; 5:00am travel to field, 11:00am hunt ends and return to Outpost for larger breakfast/lunch, afternoon free, 5:00pm cocktails and appetizers; 7:00pm dinner
Day 3: 4:30am coffee and continental breakfast; 5:00am travel to field, 11:00am hunt ends and return to Outpost for larger breakfast/lunch, 1:00pm check out

Special Permit Required:
In addition, teal/waterfowl hunters will also need a migratory game bird endorsement, federal duck stamp and HIP certification. It’s also required by law that hunters have proof of their completion of a hunter education course. You may purchase your license here.
