A thousand acres of Hill Country outside Wimberley, left the way it was. Limestone ridges, oak draws, native grass.

The ranch is yours for the day. No other parties, and no schedule but the dogs’.

The Day

A morning in the field behind good dogs, after quail and pheasant. At midday, several courses of wild game inspired fare. You’re done by early afternoon.

Josh and the Spoke Hollow team lead every hunt. Lunch, drinks and bird cleaning are taken care of. Shotguns and shells are here if you’d rather not travel with yours.
